During the visit, the Indian and Bangladeshi navies will participate in various professional activities such as Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (SMEE), cross-deck visits, community engagement, and friendly sports competitions to enhance cooperation and maritime connections between the two navies and nations.[1][4]
After the harbor phase, INS Ranvir will participate in a Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPX)/PASSEX with ships of the Bangladesh Navy.[1][4] This visit aims to further strengthen the longstanding friendship, cooperation, and robust interoperability between India and Bangladesh, aligning with India's "Security and Growth for All in the Region (SAGAR)" policy.[1][4]
